Wherever the Irish community lives, travels, or just misses home, Bolya goes there too. A flight from Melbourne to Dublin, or the other way round. A weekend swap with another Bolya family two hours away.
Trips home. The hugs, the fry-ups, the craic, without squeezing into the box room or paying more for a hotel than the flight itself.
And it's not just for Irish abroad. Opening your home while you're away is just as much a part of Bolya as booking a stay in someone else's, and two households swapping for a weekend somewhere new works just as well within Ireland as it does on the other side of the world.

Bolya started with a familiar ache, living away from home, missing your people, knowing there had to be a better way to stay close. But this isn't just for the Irish abroad. It's for anyone connected to Ireland, anywhere, who wants an easier way to see their people and their places, whether that's a flight away or a two hour drive. Irish by birth, by marriage, by upbringing, or simply drawn to the place for reasons all your own, however Ireland found its way into your life, there's a seat at this table for you.
We're launching in Ireland and Australia because that's where the pull is strongest right now. The plan is bigger: one million Irish homes on Bolya worldwide, opening one country at a time.
