Three minutes on foot to Clifton Hill station, with the CBD and MCG about 25 minutes away. Right on the doorstep of Fitzroy, Collingwood and Abbotsford, some of Melbourne's best cafes, parks and nightlife. Free street parking most hours, a bit tighter on weekdays between 7.30am and 5pm.
